The service provider was Diego who was able to come to my aid to 'repair' a DVD-combo drive for my computer tower. I was especially thankful that he was able to come to my house (and complying with Covid-19 requirements---masked and socially distanced) because I have no vehicle. Diego is definitely an experienced professional, and I trusted his diagnosis and 'repair' completely. The descriptions on the Total-Teck website are accurate, i.e., experienced professional, expert technical skills, trustworthy, quick on-site fix, and affordable diagnosis and servicing. I highly recommend Diego and his team; and I will definitely contact Total-Teck again for any computer needs I might have.

I expected my computer repairs to be a time-consuming and expensive nightmare, but Diego got them done extremely quickly (a few days, and that was 90% waiting for parts) and for a reasonable price. He's also very flexible and helpful with suggestions. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he'd been thoughtful enough to prepare my newly installed OS with useful software like Zoom and Chrome as well.

Diego completed our job with perseverance and commitment. Local technical issues made the project more difficult than initially expected. The original purchased hardware was very good quality but did not work for our project. Diego purchased more suitable hardware and got everything working in short order. He unfortunately put in more hours than he had been anticipating, but he always had our best interests in mind. Calm intelligent communicator with English as one of several known languages. When one of my classmates spilled coffee all over my MacBook pro, I thought there was no chance it would survive. Total-Teck saved the day! Diego was so friendly and reassuring.
